About CHRISTINE KENNEDY

Real estate know-how is something that is learned over a lifetime. For Christine Kennedy, that journey started at a very young age. As the daughter of the locally renowned real estate maven Pam Kennedy, Christine grew up steeped in the industry and was closely familiar with the markets of La Habra and Whittier. Once the only 4th grader who knew the meaning of "contingency," today, Christine is now steeped in her family’s real estate business. She proudly works alongside her mother in a highly productive and supportive real estate partnership.

Christine’s passion for the industry comes from her love of working with clients and the ways that real estate changes lives. She also brings experience from a decade of education to the table. Christine graduated from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a BS in Geography and then taught middle school science for 9 years before getting her real estate license in 2006. Today, Christine Kennedy is an acclaimed real estate agent who maintains the prestigious GRI and CRS designations through constant dedication and continued learning.

Christine adores the process of helping clients through this milestone of buying or selling a home. Clients appreciate that she is communicative, driven, organized, and patient. She always provides all the information and resources that they need to make decisions but never pressure them to decide one way or the other. In fact, she likes to offer many options and has been known to say that it's never done until it's closed. She genuinely cares about each client's experience and takes the time to help them manage expectations and process the emotions related to home ownership. Real estate is very dynamic, and she is prepared to handle its many ups and downs while making sure clients have a positive and successful experience.

Christine has no favorite kind of client because each person and family is special to her. She knows that buying or selling a home is an important time and is there to support, guide, and advocate for clients when they need it most. She is proud to work in real estate because it's a way to help the community while also enjoying personal independence. She is also glad to have met so many wonderful people.

In the rare moments when Christine is not helping clients find their dream homes, you will likely find her learning about other cultures, trying new foods, and rooting on the Angels, her favorite team. She is a voracious traveler and enjoys meeting new people on her adventures. Spending time with loved ones cooking and relaxing at the dog beach with Poppy, her standard poodle, are her favorite pastimes.
